Anatomy Of The New Man: Transcendence

The new man is the only creature made with an uncreated material. He is the only creature that is not just created but born of God. He constitute of the same material that make up the Creator. As such he transcendence every created thing. He exists in a class far above every created thing — a class that only belongs to the Godhead. Yes, the new man is beyond time and space, matter and void.

He is not subject to matter, neither is he subject to anything created. He sits above all things, every created thing lies subject to him. The power that he wield is supreme, overshadowing and subduing all other.

"Christ is the power of God" (1Cor 1:24).

"For by Him [Christ] all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him." (Col 1:16)

The new man is filled with the power that God used to create every other power and authority. He wields the power that birth every other power — yes, the father of all powers. So you see that every other power are just babies before this mighty power that lives in us. Whatever magic or power that the evil ones think they have, they are just child's play compared to what we command.

"I can do all things..." (Phi 4:13), oh such boldness. If only you realize who you are in Christ. "All things" means all things. There is no end to the possibility, for the power we have is beyond limit. It is transcended. We are transcended, supreme over all of creation, ruler of all things in oneness with the King of kings.

"But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because he who lives in you is greater than he who lives in the world." (1John 4:4).

We are no match for all the power of darkness in the world. Even if all of hell gather to fight against just one of us, they will fall defeated without leaving a scratch on that one man. This is who we are in Christ. This is our reality as the new man, and we are entering into this reality. We are pressing for this greatness.
