The Spirit And Christ

I have previously explained that the Spirit is more like the energy powering the Godhead and it functions. And I have also stated that the Spirit of God is also called the Spirit of Christ. Whatever Christ is the Holy Spirit is the spirit of that thing. When Christ is the word the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the word; when Christ is the power of God, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the power of God; when Christ is the glory of God, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of glory; when Christ is the nature of God, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the nature of God, and so on it goes. This means that the Holy Spirit is not just the Spirit of holiness, he is also the Spirit of grace, the Spirit of wisdom, the Spirit of life, etc. he is now many sided, multidimensional.

It is so important to state all this because if we are seeking to grow in the fullness of Christ...

... The Holy Spirit will achieve all this by being a helper, helping us to grow into the fullness of Christ. So where Christ is the Truth, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth that will help you in the truth and guide you into all truths. Where Christ is the power of God the Holy Spirit will help you grow in Christ the power of God, and one way He does this is through the nine gifts of the Spirit.

The nine gifts of the Spirit is actually a strategy of the Holy Spirit to help you grow in Christ the power of God and fulfill your portion in God’s eternal plan (each one of us have a part to play in God’s eternal plan). What the Holy Spirit does is that he identifies your portion in God’s eternal plan while you are still trying to figure out your relationship with God.

The Holy Spirit does not waste time, he has an assignment to fulfill, so he moves further by selecting a gift that is in line with your portion in the eternal plan, and then he gives you this gift and sovereignly begins to manifest this way in your life. These manifestations will cause you to grow in that dimension of Christ the power of God, for the power of God which is Christ is unsearchable in riches, it has many dimensions and infinite sides...
